LAE Welcomes Our New Summer Interns

This week, our team will welcome two new interns to our office! We are thrilled to have them join us this summer to support our important work and gain valuable experience as they continue their professional journeys. We look forward to sharing knowledge, learning together, and helping them build skills they can carry with them throughout their careers.

Meet Erika

My name is Erika Hsu and I am excited to serve as a law clerk this summer! I am a second-year law student at UC Davis School of Law with a strong interest in public service. I graduated from UC Berkeley in 2019, and I am looking forward to returning to the Bay Area. My interest in housing law first began when serving in the JusticeCorps program, where I assisted self-represented litigants responding to eviction notices. In my free time, I enjoy solving crossword puzzles and biking.

Meet Brady

My name is Brady and I am a rising 3L at Berkeley Law. I am originally from Phoenix and San Diego. I did my undergraduate at UCLA where I studied history and played on the Ultimate Frisbee team. Between undergrad and law school, I worked as a sales rep, a legal assistant, and then a high school mentor with AmeriCorps. In my free time, I like watching basketball and baseball, running, and listening to music. I am excited to work with LAE this summer and develop my skills in direct legal services.
