Fares Alharazy

Fares Alharazy is a client advocate working to support clients. Although born in Berkeley, Fares grew up in Sana’a, Yemen, he came back to the Bay Area in 2009 and has been here since then. He’s lived in Berkeley, Oakland, and now resides in San Francisco. Fares earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019. His research interests ranged from California housing policy to historical study of international relations and geopolitics.

Previously Fares worked with Centro Legal De La Raza in the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) helping low-income tenants with rental assistance, to protect their housing and ensure they’re in a safe and secure environment. His passion is working with various vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness, substance abuse disorder, mental disorders, additional working with prisoner and formerly incarcerated.
