The last five years have included tremendous growth for LAE. We’ve grown our staff, program areas, moved our office, and revamped our website and database – all to better serve our clients. Looking ahead, we decided that it was time for us to plan for the next five years so we can continue to grow, learn, and win for our clients.  

With the help of LAE’s staff and board, as well as community partners, our Strategic Planning Committee crafted a plan that reflects where we’ve been, articulates who we are, and charts the path for where we want to go. Our key strategies include expanding our programs, investing in our exceptional staff and increasing awareness of our services and who we are. Today we are excited to share our 2022-2026 Strategic Plan Highlights. Here’s to the future and thank you to everyone who helped along the way.
