Braxton Haake

Braxton is a staff attorney on LAE’s housing team. Braxton earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in May 2022. While in law school, Braxton served as a notes and comments editor at the Journal of Law and Inequality. He also interned for the New Hampshire Public Defender. A proud “Double Gopher,” Braxton graduated from the University of Minnesota’s College of Liberal Arts in 2018 with BAs in history and political science.

Braxton is a passionate believer in the right to housing, and he is excited to be advocating for tenants in San Francisco. As a new resident, Braxton’s favorite pastime outside of work is to explore and get lost in the city!
