Anne Toy

Anne graduated from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Liberal Studies in the early 2000s and has worked in the legal environment for over ten years. As the Cantonese-speaking paralegal at Legal Assistance to the Elderly, she looks forward to connecting with the community and people of San Francisco. She is the proud mother of two daughters who are both in college and in her free time she likes to cook and go on walks with her husband to local restaurants and museums and spend time with her cat Suki.
